- Start Services : Services are based on approval. If not approved, recommendations for a lower level of care will be provided.
Yes, it is important for us to provide integrated services to individuals with substance use and mental health disorders.
We offer morning and afternoon IOP sessions. One from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, we offer groups from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
PHP sessions are 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM Monday through Thursday.
We will assist individuals currently enrolled in our center-based services (IOP and partial hospitalization) with setting up transportation through their insurance. If you have missed your transportation, please call (804) 313-6767, Ext. 529.
We strive to maintain operations during all major holidays. If there is a closure, we will have staff on standby for emergencies.
Yes, care coordination is a component of each service.
We work with community partners that offer same-day appointments.
IOP is a structured 13-week program, depending on medical necessity.
We will provide some light refreshments. In addition, we also offer a vending machine.
Cell phones are permitted, however other electronic devices are not.
Yes, family reunification sessions are held according to individualized treatment plans.
Virginia Family Services has solid community resources to refer you to.
You will be linked to our step-down alumni support group. In addition, you will be provided with a list of NA/AA meetings.
